Value of Your Property
- Your Name as contact person on the MLS Listing
- Cancel at Any Time
- IDX real estate listing (Internet
Data Exchange)
Buyers and their agents will contact you directly,
you will
be in complete control of all contract negotiations, and will be
responsible to take the transaction to closing. If you need
assistance with the transaction, you can hire a Real Estate
Attorney.
If you sell your property directly to a buyer,
without an agent involved, you will not pay a commission.
