agent before going ahead and placing the home on the MLS:
1. Why should I choose you as my MLS agent?
2. What are the requirements of me regarding
showing my home?
3. Who will be responsible to write the sales
contract when the home sells, due to the MLS? ANd if I sell it outside of
the MLS, who writes the sales contract?
4. When will the MLS information be posted?
What information from me do you need to place the home on the MLS?
5. How may I tell my friends and family that
my home is now listed on the MLS? Are there links to a website I may use?
6. Where do I advertise my home other than the
MLS, and do you have any programs for me to advertise my home other than
the MLS?
7. If I sell my home to a friend, or a family
member, and they did not see the home on the MLS, is there a commission
due?
8. Only qualified buyers will be brought to my
home by other MLS real estate agents, correct?
9. Are there any other tips and tricks I can
