regarding your request to list your home on
the Multiple Listing Service.
There are areas on the site where we must ask for specific information so we can
provide the MLS and IDX with accurate information. This information is collected in strict confidence. We will take
reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that
you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
No Release
of Information to Third Parties
Any information such as your name,
e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information
that you submit through Flat-Fee-MLS.net will not be sold, rented,
traded, or exchanged with third parties. Information collected from our
site is only used to get your home sold as fast as possible with the
fewest problems via the MLS.
Notice
By requesting a Flat Fee Listing, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from us. We
may occasionally send you information about the home selling process; tips and
techniques to help you sell your home. You may remove yourself from these
mailings at any time, just let us know.
If you chose to have a relationship with us, such as a contractual or
other business relationship or partnership, we will naturally continue to
respect your privacy.
